Paying for shoes:
- Discounted goods placed on our website can be shipped upon full payment or a minimum deposit of UAH 200.

Paying for delivery:
- The customer pays for the delivery of the shoes at the post office when receiving the parcel.
- In the case of a return, shipping is paid by the customer.

Return of the roducts:
- Our store provides the opportunity to return the discounted product within 3 calendar days after receiving the parcel.
- The product must be returned in the same form as it was sent to you. In case of contamination after using the shoes outside, the product may not be accepted.
- The entire payment for the order is refunded within 1-7 calendar days.

* The discounted product does not have a warranty period, which is provided by our store for products without a discount from other sections, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights."

- Defects of any type are common in the sale of any product, and in such cases the shoes will be replaced with new ones or repaired if the product is subject to restoration.

- If the defect is not significant and is more of a visual nature, in this case the product immediately enters the website with a discount.

- If the defect is significant, we hand over the shoes to a craftsman for repair, and if the repair was successful, the product is added to the catalog on our website.

- Yes, but this option is only available to our customers. We offer our customers to place their used shoes on our website as one of the additional sites.
