Refund

Refund procedure

In case of return:
After we receive the shoes from the customer and ensure that the appearance of the product is preserved properly, the store will proceed with the refund (deposit/full price).

Refunds are made on Mon-Fri on bank business days.

If the return is the fault of the store:
In case of force majeure where we are unable to deliver the order due to unforeseen reasons, the store may offer an alternative with a discount for an unpleasant incident or a full refund, with a priority status.

If a manufacturing defect is found:
At the request of the client, we will exchange for a new product free of charge or make full refund.

- Refunds are made within 1-7 calendar days after the pair was delievered to the warehouse.
- If the bonuses from the store are absent (shopper, chocolate, other - if any), the value of bonuses will be deducted from the refund amount in accordance with the cost of products at the market price.
- Deposit 200 uah. not returned if:
   1. The client did not come to pick up the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch.
   2. The customer refused the order before receiving it. ( The exception is the case if the order arrives with a delay )
