Do you provide a warranty for shoes and accessories?

According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the warranty period is a period of time during which the manufacturer (seller, contractor or any third party) undertakes to carry out free repair or replacement of the corresponding products in connection with the introduction it is in circulation.

The service life is the calendar time of using the product for its intended purpose, starting from its introduction into circulation or after repair, during which the manufacturer (contractor) guarantees its safety and is responsible for significant defects that arose due to his fault. The service life corresponds to the warranty period.

 The warranty period for the goods is:
- All shoes - 60 days.
- All accessories - 14 days.

- If during these terms you discovered defects due to the fault of the manufacturer, you have the right to return the product for warranty repair (if the product means shoes and it is subject to repair)
- In the event of the expiration of the warranty period, appeals regarding defects in the warranty are not considered.
* The warranty period is counted from the day of sale. In cases where shoes are purchased in advance, the warranty period is counted from the day the season begins.
* Shoes, in which the manufacturing defect cannot be eliminated, are exchanged for new ones according to Art. 1.8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" otherwise we will make full refund.
