How to issue an exchange / return

A simplified exchange and return service without the need to fill out documentation for the return of goods.

Option 1: Refuse the parcel at the post office upon receipt - in this case, the order will be sent back to us, the manager will contact you to clarify the details of the return or exchange.

Option 2: If you took the package home:
- contact us in any way convenient for you (messengers, phone call);
- tell the reason for the return / exchange;
- attach a photo confirming the presentation of the shoes, according to the template received from the manager;
- send the goods in the original packaging to the details provided by the manager.

/use>The original box with shoes must be placed in a secure package when sent by Nova Poshta. Applying stickers, adhesive tape or other materials that damage the appearance to the box - deprives the product of its presentation; in this case, we have the right to refuse to accept the return of the shoes.
Exchange/return terms and conditions

Return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection"

 - The product can be returned provided that it was not in use, and its original packaging, presentation and consumer properties (labels, tags, additional accessories that were included with the model) are kept exactly in the condition in which they arrived to you.

 - Our store provides exchange and return service within 100 calendar days for all shoes. For all types of accessories the terms of return or exchange of goods within 14 calendar days.

* The warranty period for goods is 60 days. Complaints about the quality of the goods should be made in the messenger where the order was placed or by phone.
* If a manufacturing defect is found, we will exchange it for a new product free of charge or make refund at the request of the client.

/use>In case of return, the refund is made within 1-7 calendar days.
Who pays for return/exchange shipping?

Dr. Martens shoes:
- Services for the delivery of a return or exchange are paid by the client.
- In the event that the return or exchange is made through the fault of the store, the store pays for the delivery.
* Shoes can be exchanged or returned within 100 calendar days.

 Converse / Vans shoes:
- Services for the delivery of a return or exchange are paid by the client.
- In the event that the return or exchange is made through the fault of the store, the store pays for the delivery.
* Shoes can be exchanged or returned within 100 calendar days.

Dr. Martens, Converse, Vans and Monoad accessories:
- Delivery of accessories is paid by the client.
- In the event that the return or exchange is made through the fault of the store, the store pays for the delivery.
*Accessories can be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days.

/use>

The deposit in the amount of 200 hryvnias is not returned if the client did not come to pick up the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch or refused at the branch; If full payment was made, the store will refund the money minus the cost of delivering the package to both parties.
