Delivery methods

Orders are delivered by Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine.

- To the Nova Poshta branch
- Courier delivery to the address

Shipping & handling

Shipping costs for different types of products:

- All shoes - Free delivery of all shoes with the purchase of 3 accessories (laces, caps, etc.).
* Purchase of 3 pairs of laces = +2 pairs to choose from as a gift.
- All accessories - Delivery is paid by the client at Nova Poshta rates.

/use>Courier delivery to the address is paid by the recipient, at the rates of Nova Poshta.
Delivery terms
/use>In case of martial law, we cannot guarantee the delivery terms stated in the standard mode.

* In case if the delivery of your parcel is impossible, all funds for the order will be returned in full.
* Delivery terms for orders may be extended during the sales period and for reasons dependent on third parties, suppliers, delivery services, etc.
* Delivery terms may be longer if the product is not available at our suppliers stock. In this case, the manager notifies about placing the order.

Standard terms for all types of delivery are:

1-2 working days: if the shoes are in stock in our warehouse in Ukraine
2-4 working days: if the shoes Dr.Martens are in stock in our warehouse in Ukraine
7-10 working days: If the shoes Converse and Vans are available in the supplier's warehouse in Ukraine
10-15 business days: If the shoes are in stock at a US supplier

Changing delivery options

Reschedule delivery date

You can reschedule the delivery date if the order has not yet been shipped from our stock.

Who can receive an order

The order is sent to the name and phone number specified during registration.
- To receive it, you must have your passport, track number with you.
- Use the Diya app if you don't have your passport with you.

Change the delivery address

- You can change the delivery address for free before your order is sent.
- If the parcel has already been sent, in order to change the delivery address, you need to contact the operator of Nova Poshta from the phone number to which the parcel was sent, having the parcel track number with you, and create a forwarding in telephone mode, specifying the new address. Also, the forwarding option is available in the NP's personal account and mobile application. The forwarding service is paid for by the recipient of the parcel at the Nova Poshta office.

Order tracking

After the parcel is directed to the delivery service, we send an SMS with a track number, which can be used to track the parcel on the Nova Poshta website.

/use>The tracking option is not available for the parcel in which the shoes are delivered to special order. We send the track for tracking later from our warehouse.
Parcel storage at the post office

Free storage of the parcel at the Nova Poshta office for up to 7 calendar days.

- If your parcel has been sent with a deposit of 200 UAH. On the 7th day, the parcel is automatically returned to the sender. You can continue paid storage for 7 calendar days, with the condition of making another deposit.
- If the order is fully paid, we do not recall the package after the expiration of the free storage period, except the client's request.

/use>In the event of a recall of the parcel, the deposit is not refundable, covering all shipping and packaging costs.
