Return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”
Our store provides exchange and return service within 100 calendar days for all shoes. For all types of accessories the terms of return or exchange of goods within 14 calendar days.
For some products presented on our website, the return or exchange option is not available. The manager informs about such products before confirming the order. After the customer's consent, returns and exchanges will not be possible.

The warranty period for goods is 60 days. Complaints about the quality of the goods should be made in the messenger where the order was placed or by phone.
In case of return, the refund is made within 1-7 calendar days.
If a manufacturing defect is found, we will exchange it for a new product free of charge or make refund at the request of the client.
